A status coulumn on the estimate page would be really helpful. I have had one in our "home grown" software for years that has a drop down lthat shows the status in the estimate process. This makes it a lot easier to determine what needs to be done to complete the estimate and saves a lot of time scrolling through all cost items to determine where / what the estimater needs to concentrate on to finish the budget. A user defined dropdwn list would help users have the status terms that would be most helpful for how their estimates are done. Here's mine as an example:
