Attaching to-do files

When simply adding pictures of files from Ressio files, it takes way too long to download pictures and the area to "browse" is way to small, even on desktop.

Can we please have the default filter on all to-do’s not include showing the crossed out item? It is fine having to-do checklist items to cross out until 100% complete, but individual to-do’s do not need to be viewed once crossed out and completed.

New to-do’s from to-do list on mobile

Adding a new to-do onto a to-do list on mobile, why do we have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of our to-do’s (and through completed to-do’s), to find the + button to start a new to-do??

Ability to Organize and Add Items After an Estimate Is Locked

We would like more flexibility to manage an Estimate after it has been locked, specifically:

Move Categories – Allow a Category added after an Estimate is locked to be moved into its proper position within the Estimate.
Move Cost Items – Allow Cost Items added after an Estimate is locked to be moved to the appropriate location or Category.
Copy from Templates – Allow Categories and Cost Items to be copied from a Template into an Estimate after it has been locked.

As a custom home builder, our projects continue to evolve throughout construction based on homeowner requests, selections, and design changes. We have an established Category structure that we use across all of our projects, and keeping those Categories and Cost Items in a consistent order makes it much easier for our team to navigate Specifications and quickly find information.

Currently, when something needs to be added after an Estimate is locked, we can add it, but we lose some of the organizational flexibility we had before locking the Estimate. Being able to add and properly organize those items would make the locked Estimate much more practical for the way custom home projects actually evolve.

Undo Button in the Big Editor

An Undo button in the Big Editor would be extremely helpful - especially for people like me who manage to erase an entire line without intending to. An Undo button would give us a fighting chance to recover from our blunders.

Vendor Tags or Categories

It would be so helpful to have the ability to categorize vendors via a customizable drop-down menu or customizable tags (i.e. by location, by trade, etc.) on the add/edit vendor pages. Furthermore, make these categories or tags searchable from many places, but most importantly when sending bid requests to vendors. We have jobs spread across a wide geographical area, and some vendors only service certain cities. If we could search our vendor list to only pull those tagged or categorized by a specific location, this would save so much time from picking through the entire list. Additionally, we sometimes take smaller jobs that won't need to involve certain trades (i.e. a bathroom remodel won't require our earthwork or concrete vendors), so having the ability to search our vendors by trade when sending bid requests would be another time saver.

🚀 Product Update: CRM & Lead Management

The Customers tab is now CRM — it's grown into a full lead and sales pipeline.

Leads are their own thing now
Website intake form submissions come in as leads instead of automatically becoming projects. That means you can vet, filter, or delete a submission before it ever clutters your project list. Spam gets marked and filtered out instead of archived as a dead project.

New leads table

Track status, owner, and source at a glance
Search, filter, and edit inline — double-click a cell to update it
Bulk-manage junk without touching real work

Lead details & activity logging
Open any lead to link it to a customer, edit details, or log sales calls, meetings, and emails so the whole team can see where things stand. Deleting a lead lets you choose what goes with it, with guardrails so you can't wipe out a customer that still has active ties.

Customers tab upgrades
Better table views, quick edits, contact updates, and visibility into every lead and project tied to that customer. You can add new leads to an existing customer and log activity at the customer level, optionally tagging a specific lead or project.

Lead → project conversion
Start a new project straight from a lead, or link it to an existing one. Project fields pre-fill from the lead, so nothing gets retyped or lost in translation.

New CRM Activity tab on projects
Every project now has a CRM Activity tab showing related history and letting you log project-specific actions — linkable back to the originating lead or customer for a full timeline from first contact through build.

Settings changes
CRM settings in Company Settings replaces the old Lead Intake Form tab. From there you can configure the intake form (allowed domains, visible fields, preview, embed code) and customize your own lead and prospect statuses. The first status in your list becomes the default for incoming leads. Note: the Spam status can't be deleted, since filtering depends on it.
