This allows our clients (specifically our only Cost Plus client with seeing what the Total project Cost can be without finalizing/confirming an individual or category Estimate spreadsheet.

If this already exists, can someone please enlighten me and my team?

I often do this by a manual copy/paste. Is there a way we could do one of the following:

  1. Email Integration: Connect to Microsoft 365/Gmail so emails associated with a project can be automatically synced or imported into the project's daily log.

  2. BCC Email Logging: Assign each project a unique email address so users can simply BCC that address when sending or replying to emails. The system would automatically attach the email to the project's daily log without having to copy and paste the email contents.

But we also need a title of the PO as a quick reference on its own line - not added to the PO#.

The supplier/trade doesn't need to see "PO 81 - Framing material" - all they need is "PO #81". The title is for us under Approvals for a quick reference.

Along with that, being able to bulk drag and drop files/photos into different folders, which is not currently a function with tags.

Example: "Purchase Order 1" changed to "Electrical Purchase Order", then it swapping back to "Purchase Order 1" after hitting "Save & Release". I am also seeing this issue when I click "Save" and then click "Release".
