Hello Ressio Users,
This week’s updates are all driven by customer feedback and focused on enhancing existing workflows across financials, estimates, and approvals.
We ’ve launched our new Adaptive integration to sync jobs, vendors, cost codes, and purchase orders. In addition, templates now support more approval documents, estimate parameters can be reordered, QuickBooks bill attachments pull into Ressio, and cost plus projects can display customer-facing allowance pricing. Read more below.
For customers using Adaptive, you can now connect your Ressio account to sync jobs, vendors, and cost codes directly into Ressio, and push purchase orders back to Adaptive. This keeps your financial data aligned across both systems, reduces manual entry, and helps your team move faster with more confidence.
Create and save templates for proposals, purchase orders, bid requests, change orders, and invoices so every new document starts with consistent formatting and standard sections.
You can now reorder your parameters to better match how you want to view and organize your estimates. This update is purely visual, meaning all formulas and calculations continue to work exactly the same.
